At Aspen Veterinary Clinic, we're looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our established, privately owned small animal practice in Spring Creek, Nevada. Compensation & Benefits 

• Base Salary: $120,000–$175,000 annually (full-time equivalent), depending on experience and clinical capabilities, with additional earning potential through production. Flexible compensation structures, including ProSal with no negative accrual, are available. Part-time compensation will be prorated based on schedule.

Who We're Looking For 

We're seeking a confident, experienced veterinarian who enjoys a busy general practice environment and is comfortable managing a diverse medical and surgical caseload independently. Strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine commitment to client relationships are essential. An interest in future practice leadership or ownership is a plus! 

Experienced veterinarians are preferred, but we're also open to confident new graduates with strong clinical skills and a willingness to grow. We're also happy to consider part-time candidates, provided they're available to work full-day shifts rather than shortened workdays.
