We’re a well-established, privately owned 2.5-doctor AAHA accredited small-animal general practice in Lebanon, PA, and we’re looking for a veterinarian who wants to join our team. 

We're not promising that every day will be easy.

It won't.

We're not promising every patient will cooperate.

Absolutely not.

We're not promising the schedule won't occasionally catch fire.

We cannot make that promise.

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll see a varied small-animal caseload with a great mix of:

Preventive and wellness medicine
Internal medicine
Surgery
Dentistry
Sick-patient appointments
The occasional case that makes you say, “Well... that's interesting.”
We’re primarily a dog-and-cat practice, with some exotics if that's your thing—but you don't need to be an exotic-animal guru to fit in here.

What We Offer
Full-time or part-time flexibility
4-day workweek for full-time
32 hours = full-time
No after-hours emergency duty
Starting base compensation of $125,000 full-time, plus 22% production once production exceeds the base
