Clinic Snapshot
- Practice type: Small Animal General Practice
- Avg. daily patient volume: 16-18 appointments/day, surgery days 10-13 appointments/day
- Support staff ratio: 1:1 to 1:1.5 DVM-to-tech ratio
- Case mix: Wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, advanced surgical procedures, and preventative care
- Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, in-house diagnostics, surgical suite, dental services
- Team culture: Collaborative, community-focused, long-standing team with strong client loyalty

- $95,000-$145,000 base salary + production bonus

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
- Strong diagnostic and advanced surgical skills preferred
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and client-education skills
